Sterling Car Care fixed my tire issues promptly while I waited. It has always been a friendly, efficient and honest auto repair shop which I have used for many years.

Crooks. Will never return. Had to call the state go get my money back for an illegitimate service performed by an unlicensed mechanic. I had to return 3 times to get the same mechanical issue resolved. Their sign states "guarenteed to fix it right the first time." No such guarentee exists--false advertisement. Have a nice day. Update to owner response: It absolutely is up to your standards because IT HAPPENED. Im sure you can figure out who I am since I just cashed your check 3 days ago Mike Parrot. My intials and email are also apparent. If you'de like me to be more specific for the public regarding exactly what happened, respond again and Ill submit to them the report I submitted to the state--this time with pictures. Don't paint a pretty picture of a business of integrity which you are NOT. Now, not only will I never return, but I will be sure to go out of my way to inform others never to use your services.

I love all of them at Sterling Car Care in Sterling Heights. As a woman, they NEVER take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding car repairs. They are always truthful and honest with me! This time around was an expensive repair, but they helped by providing me with a loaner vehicle (which my daughter loved more than our car - haha). Sterling Car Care never disappoints and I recommend them every chance I get!

DO NOT GO HERE, They tryed to charge me $750 dollars to put a $50 dollar part on, that ive gotten done for $350 before. They said cause it was rusty, I didn't it my self in two days. Then they charged me $32 dollars just to look at it for 20 mins. I had a 30 minute drive home, they called me before I got home.

Did routine oil change with inspection. Came home to find out that one of my valve stem covers is missing now. Also did not receive a report on the findings of my inspection which it said would be emailed to me. Got this survey emailed to me but not my report. I remember what Jay said was wrong with my vehicle for the most part, but wish I had the report in writing so I could refer to it just in case I didn't remember.
