Rude staff wouldn’t even greet or even acknowledge a customer that walked in until the customer says something then when the car was dropped off for an oil change they never let me know that they had a waiting room area. I was told that my car was going to take an hour you would think they would’ve mentioned that to me. I stood out in the cold until I went to give them a review and found out that there’s a waiting area in the pictures posted. First time going here but will never go back again, way too many other places around that have a better service and want customers money.
Gianna we are sorry you had a bad experience wherever you went. If I was treated this way I would be upset too. I attempted to look you up and cannot find you as a customer. Possible you reviewed the wrong Sterling? Ironically, we recently renovated our waiting room and we are super proud and eager to show it off to all our customers. We have reclining lounge chairs, complimentary beverages, candy and much more. Based on all the 1 star reviews you've been posting it sounds like you have had a streak of bad luck getting good service.
