Went in to fix a radio screen at 8 am and had to call them at 2 pm for them to tell me they are just now looking at it. And an hour later they tell me they are not quite sure the problem and would need to keep it overnight but I couldn’t do that because I have work. Then told me I would have to pay another 200.Had to pay 200 bucks for an hour of labor to get no answer. Definitely will not be coming back and recommend you don’t waste your time either.

Rick and the team at Sterling Car Care are excellent and have been able to raise my car from the dead, and restore my vehicle to like brand new driving! I would recommend anyone looking for good quality service that is quick and worth the price to check them out!!

Service at Sterling Car Care always exceeds my expectations. I brought my Ford Focus in many times, I thought I needed brakes, was told I did not need brakes. Always treated honestly. Now I brought my Jeep in. Quick and honest service. I've recommended you to my neighbor, who was treated honestly and given a great price on a set of tires. Great business ethics.

My Jeep started making grinding noises while driving/braking. My go-to mechanic retired, so I've been trying to find a great place to go. I decided to try these guys out. I'm glad I did, because I think I found my new place! They did an inspection of the Jeep (provided a report with pictures even), they did the brakes and rotors, added new brake-fluid, and replaced the wheel bearings. They respected my decisions, and didn't continue to sell me when I declined other service jobs (like oil change and air filter replacements). I dropped the Jeep late Wednesday morning. I picked it up Thursday afternoon. TJ was in high communication with me on progress and findings the team uncovered. They've earned my trust. Will be back for future vehicle services.

Joe was great he explained all of the repairs needed and had them completed the same day. Also recommended future maintenance that will be needed
