Would give 0 stars if I could… Told me on the phone they’d give me a free estimate to repair my car. When I arrived they wanted $200 just to look at it. Screw this place. You people are a scam and your response is a joke. I hope everyone reads this rating and stays far away from your scam shop. Liars and thieves at best.

Mr. Deal we do in fact provide a free safety inspection on all vehicles. When you called AAA to have your immobile vehicle towed in they informed you of this. When you arrived at our facility you were offered a free safety inspection but the issue you were having with your vehicle requires diagnostic testing from a state certified auto mechanic. The issue does not fall within a safety inspection. With diagnostic testing there is computerized equipment, time and knowledge from a certified technician required to perform such tests. We are sorry for your miscommunication with the AAA operator and wish we had more control of what they explained over the phone. We hope you found a service center to help you with your vehicle.

Took in my car, explained what was wrong, vibration after hitting a pothole, then received several calls saying the found more wrong every time. Then after spending almost $4000.00 in repairs, I get the car back, and still have the same problem. I called to let them know, they said a manager would call me back, and I'm still waiting 2 days later.
