I went up here for an oil change and tire rotation. They are quick & organized. As a woman, I felt comfortable and confident in my auto care. Friendly and professional all the way! I will be referring them to my friends and family. Thank you Sterling Auto!!

I went and got an oil change like I always do and turned in a coupon. However I am always charged a different amount. When I reached out to them, they called me a "cheap oil change customer" and to not come back. Instead of making it right with me, they insulted me and explained that the reason it is a different price was the "fluctuating oil prices." You aren't a valuable customer unless you spend more money than just an oil change. I have text messages to prove how rude they are. Will never come back and will share my horrible experience with everyone I meet. I do not recommend. Their representative on social media challenged me to find a cheaper oil change place, and that I wouldn't. They charged me 29 dollars. I can find plenty of other places for that price. Lol.

Kept my car for 4 days and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Had to call more than once to just get an estimate- they kept saying they'd call in 10 min or so and then an hour would go by. Finally got fed up and needed my car so I went to pick it up-- they were going to hit me with a $2000 estimate had I waited for a call back and yet there was nothing wrong. Took it to my usual place and they diagnosed me in 15 min. They were nice and polite but overall I was unimpressed and paid over $100 for them to not find anything and to keep my only mode of transportation for four days. Only when I picked it up did they say they offered rentals. I don't recommend them.
