Did routine oil change with inspection. Came home to find out that one of my valve stem covers is missing now. Also did not receive a report on the findings of my inspection which it said would be emailed to me. Got this survey emailed to me but not my report. I remember what Jay said was wrong with my vehicle for the most part, but wish I had the report in writing so I could refer to it just in case I didn't remember.

Took my vehicle to sterling care care . It needed many repairs and Shawn was great ! They gave me an estimate and then completely the work very fast with little turnaround time . Only took a few hours . I take all my vehicles there and definitely recommend them . They even have a loyalty program .
