I was a customer for years before I had a lease car. I purchased the car & am now back for my services. I like the friendly atmosphere & the efficiently of the service.

Once they got the transmission in it was great timing of work getting done, great pricing and keeping me up to date as many times as I called in.

I’ve been taking my car(s) to Sterling by the Bay for years and the whole experience is as good as car repair can be. I drive a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 with over 220,000 miles on it and the reason it’s still running is Sterling. My Rav suddenly started overheating big time and then after letting cool it cool down it wouldn’t start and I had to have it towed the shop. I thought this was going to be it for my dependable Toyota. The guys quickly and accurately figured out what was wrong and installed a new thermostat and changed the plugs… something I should have had done long ago. They also replaced a valve cover which had been leaking for a while. The car runs better than ever and I’m shooting for 300k. The price was pretty reasonable for all of that especially when you compare it to what a dealer or a lot of other shops would have charged.
