Too expensive

Stole our money after we asked them to tell us if anything what was wrong with a car we were looking at to purchase. No explanations. They failed to tell us that the brakes were stuck on and when we brought the car home it was smoking. Called and asked for a refund and owner Mike said he would check and call back. No call back. Disputing the charge with our credit card company now. Stay away from lazy thieves that don't care if your family will be safe in a vehicle or not.

They have helped fixed a car in the family many tunes with good service

Don't go to this place! I promise you whatever work you need done you will get a better price from the dealer. At least call and ask!!

A rip-off! I told them that I was hearing a whistling sound and then my battery light came on. They said that they needed to replace the battery to see what was the problem. 2 hours later (at closing time) they say it was just the battery. They charged me $385. I pull off still hearing the whistling, took it to another shop and found out that it was the alternator! I called them and told them and he had nothing to say! Not even an apology. I should also mention that another customer was in there while I was waiting and told me that they look for things to charge you for and that he was only there because they charged him for a tire rotation that they didn't even do!!! Stay away!

Unfortunately, my husband had a minor accident and the front bumper became loose and the car became unsafe to drive. We googled the nearest place for auto repair and I thank my lucky stars we came to Sterling Car Care. Mike immediately greeted us and his team quickly inspected our car. Within less than an hour our car was fixed, safe to drive, and ready to go. The price??? Just a little over $100! He gave us his card and informed us he will communicate with the insurance to determine a quote to fix the car to resume its original look and color. We are so pleased with this business we anticipate going to Sterling Car Care for all our future cars needs.
