Thank you to the team at Sterling Car Care. 100% all out effort to resolve my issue due to a clerical error. Greatly appreciated! Can't wait to hear the excuse for keeping my car all weekend long. Went for an oil change at 2 p.m. on Friday, you close your office at 5 without returning the car. You have my phone number, you know where I was dropped off.... can't wait to hear the excuse.

Update: Thank you for providing us the correct phone number and meeting me tonight to pick up your vehicle. Mr. James we are sorry we're having trouble reaching you to pick up your vehicle. We called and texted the number on file and didn't receive a response. It looks like it's the wrong number. Can you please email [email protected] with your phone number and we will have one of our managers meet you there immediately to pick up your vehicle.

VERY FISHY PLACE!!! They send out mailers, at least once a month, so I as a first time customer, went on their website and scheduled an appt. Then when I come in person, I am told the appt will not be honored and they cannot do my simple oil change for a week!! They were like, we sent you an email saying we couldnt do for a week due to being so booked. Which was a LIE, cause I checked both my inbox and spam folders. I asked the desk guy, why didnt you just send me a text at the same exact number your website texted me from when I set up the appt? Well here is a novel concept, spend some of your money to update you website that is handing out appts to people, including potential new customers!! If you are such a "great" shop that is soooo "busy" .... Why are you spending money on mailers to drum up business!? HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS PLACE as many others have also commented. Maybe then they will get back to running a business that treats others with respect and appreciation.

Mr. Rosol, We are sorry you had a bad experience attempting to schedule an oil change service. I attempted to reach out via phone to resolve the confusion. I can assure you we are not a "fishy" place and that we are open to constructive criticism to improve our processes so we can serve our customers better. While our records show you requested an appointment and an email was sent out informing you we didn't have availability at that time, we are sorry you didn't receive the email we sent that also shows it was read. Our computer system doesn't "give out" appointments. However, we have taken your criticism and enhanced our email to state more clearly to look for a follow up email to confirm your appointment. Again, we apologize you had a bad experience but also appreciate honest feedback.
