My Jeep started making grinding noises while driving/braking. My go-to mechanic retired, so I've been trying to find a great place to go. I decided to try these guys out. I'm glad I did, because I think I found my new place! They did an inspection of the Jeep (provided a report with pictures even), they did the brakes and rotors, added new brake-fluid, and replaced the wheel bearings. They respected my decisions, and didn't continue to sell me when I declined other service jobs (like oil change and air filter replacements). I dropped the Jeep late Wednesday morning. I picked it up Thursday afternoon. TJ was in high communication with me on progress and findings the team uncovered. They've earned my trust. Will be back for future vehicle services.

The service wad performed professionally. I came to Sterling Auto Care after being told by my car dealership service dept declared i needed an expensive car repair that was not needed!! WOW, freedom of Speech, people aren't honest. Where is the accountability. Just saying, im glad to have chosen to bring My vehicle Here.

When my car stalled out while I was driving, I had AAA tow it here. Expedient and friendly service, and comprehensive assessment of my vehicle + necessary repairs. They followed up with me days after as well to make sure I had no issues! I’ll be coming here in the future for my routine maintenance, much smoother experience compared to going to the dealership.

They were fast to diagnose my problem and the mechanics fixed my car in a timely manner. The service write up guys and my shuttle driver were very nice and easy to talk to. So far so good my car has been running fine. Thank you.
