I was pleased that after contacting them they invited me to bring the car in the next morning. They took the car right away and were very courteous and professional. The facility had a great customer area and I was very comfortable. The vehicle was ready in just two hours, faster than I had expected. I was given a complete description on what was found with the vehicle and what was performed and the cost was very reasonable. They are really best in class and I highly recommend them for their services.

Needed my car checked out because I was hearing puttering and feeling hesitation when I turned my car on. My dad recommended Sterling Car Care to get my car checked out, as this is his place to go when having car trouble. You can't miss the building with the bright yellow paint. The entrance door is to the right while the garage entrance you can't miss. I dropped my car off Monday late morning and the staff member asked me what was going on. I handed my keys over and was on my way (my kind dad was my ride back home). They called around 5p or so the same day to let know they didn't find any issues. They did a diagnostic and did a tune up at my okay. They closed at 6p and I went on my way to pick up my car. I had a coupon which they accepted without issue and helped with the price of the diagnostic and tune up costs. My car was all the way in the back lot, and I walked through the shop to get to the back. The shop seemed as clean as a car shop can get. Reliable and pleased with my service and my car is running great.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles. The staff is fantastic and the work they do is impeccable.

I came in with a flat tire due to a nail/slash in the tire. The staff was very welcoming and professional and helped me get on my way. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
