Crew there are good at what they do

Very professional and timely. Everywhere I called with my AC/heat issue said it would be way over the price I paid at Sterling. They kept me up to date on the process and payment and had the work done properly wayyyyy sooner than I thought. Anything I need done in the future will be done here.

SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF EFFORT!!! And COMMON SENSE They Charged my sister $200 and had her car for 6hrs for somthing they couldn’t find. And I found the issue in 10minutes. She has a vehicle with stop and go function and her car has been suddenly shutting off completely when coming to complete stops. She would have to turn the key in the off position then turn the vehicle back on at lights or stop signs… Mechanics claim they checked everything with a 60point inspection. Apparently not because, a her specific model has a stop and go function with a rear Auxiliary battery primarily for the Stop and Go function. I found the battery to notice the positive Terminal was loose…a lot loose. My sister also stated it didn’t happen all the time. So if a loose terminal is bouncing around somtimes in place somtimes not of course SOMETIMES the stop and go function will work and SOMTIMES IT WONT. Bad connection to battery caused my sisters stop and go function not to work properly. DUHHHH. So for 6hours not one mechanic thought to check a battery terminal that powers a STOP AND GO Function.. I mean it’s literally common sense. $200 dollars to test drive her car and tell her they found nothing… I do not recommend going here, because it seems they lack in effort and common sense. $200 and 6hrs. I FOUND THE ISSUE FOR FREE and in 10minutes. Shame on taking advantage of women and the people that lack the knowledge to know better. I do not recommend going here.

Happy customer, The lobby is clean and updated with adequate seating. The repairs and oil change were completed on time, and no hidden costs. I will return with my other vehicles for future service.

We had all brakes all the way around about 2 months ago. Last Friday I. Priced a scraping, squeezing, and grinding type of noise coming from the passenger side. I stopped at Sterling Car care around 3:40 (they close at 4:00) and they offered to put it up on the lift since they heard the sound as well but I had to decline since I had to get my daughter off the bus at 4:00 so we scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Dropped it off and they could not duplicate the noise but did take off all 4 tires and inspect the brakes and surrounding areas to make sure everything was ok. They didn’t charge me anything to do this! When I got home I found a ground flat on one side rock in the driveway where the car was parked for the weekend. Since all of this, no more noise so I assume it was the rock stuck on the brake pad scraping the rotor somehow. They were very accommodating and willing to stay later on Friday and helped out on did everything quickly on Monday. We have been using. Sterling Car Care for awhile and will continue to do so, we have had nothing but great and timely service there!
