I went there with a 2012 Ford Escape to have all oil gaskets replaced because of several leaking. The car has not stopped leaking since initial repair a year ago with them. After multiple times of having things re-replaced. I give up. They can not do the job. I gave up on my warranty today and I'm having a company that can successfully repair cars do the job. The manager had a poor attitude. If you value your vehicle think again about bringing it to this place. If zero stars were a choice I would pick it.

I had explained your vehicle, that we last worked on 1 yr ago, is still under warranty and if any of the repairs we did are an issue we would absolutely take care of it. The day you called we were short handed due to this virus and a bit busy, I know you were unhappy we couldn't get you in right that day. I tried to schedule you in later on, but your phone disconnected twice. I tried my best to schedule you in being short handed and had explained again our repairs are warranted for 2yrs, 24,000 miles. We make every effort to provide nothing short of honest and helpful service, so our team is disappointed to read you feel this wasn't the case for you.
